Important Information

• The ticket will be sent to your email after successful completion of booking.
• You need to present them at the venue for scanning.
• Kindly bring your identity proof, such as an Emirates ID or passport, for verification purposes.
• Do not go for extreme fashion attire because you need to walk for quite a long time.
• You can wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
• Feeding the animals is only allowed when done under supervision. You must not feed/tease the animals.
• Do not litter the park and respect the park facilities and the animals.
• You must not bring outside food and drink into the park.
• The adults must accompany their children at all times.
• You cannot enter the park after 6:30 PM as the main gate closes for entry.
• If you are booking a transfer with us, do note that the transfers can be delayed by 30 to 60 minutes as per the traffic conditions.
